I wanted to reach out and pass along my sincere appreciation for a job truly well done by the RealTerm team on the City’s recent streetlight and smart controls upgrade. We truly found the RealTerm team to be the City’s trusted advisor and ally throughout the project. RealTerm did a wonderful job representing the City’s best interests while delivering friendly, timely, and high-quality services. There were some challenges and unexpected obstacles encountered on the project, which is helping the City overcome seamlessly and further accentuated RealTerm’s strengths. City staff involved in the project all share my views, and RealTerm has set a bar of service that we will come to expect in future projects.
